— whether it's Floyd and his invisible dog or Rubie
and Lottie and the men in their lives. These people
may be old, but they are full of life. |

tender moments — the effect an eleven-year-old
girl can have on a crusty old man in his 70s, or the
effect a crusty old man in his 70s can have on an eleven-year-old
girl just learning about life and some of its hard knocks. |
